PROCESSING OF ORDERS: Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days. In rare instances, some handcrafted items may take four (4) weeks to complete.  If an item is temporarily out of stock  Artistic Flair will be sent an email explaining the situation. The item will then be shipped to the purchaser as soon as it is available.

SHIPPING: Shipping charges are added to the total of the order. Charges are based on weight and distance shipped. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or a carrier by registered mail.  The purchaser is responsible for fees associated with the return of package(s) due to incorrect information submitted at check out. All fees are quoted in Canadian funds.

SHIPPING DAMAGES: Artistic Flair will handle claims with Canada Post or the carrier. The purchaser must notify Artistic Flair of any damage to the order within three days after delivery. Delays in notifying Artistic Flair may result in claims being denied. If your order is damaged during shipping retain the box, all shipping materials and items as you received them.  A representative will contact the purchaser within seven working days of the claim date.

RETURNS: If an item is returned because of a defect or error on the part of Artistic Flair, the item will be replaced or credited without incurring the restocking fee. Any other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be returned undamaged and unaltered within 20 days of shipment.
